Amogh


Amogh means invincible. Amogh is also the name of Lord Ganesha, the Lord of all Wealth and Wisdom. The word "Amogh" literally means "That which has no alternative."

Amogh was a weapon used in Indian mythology, in the Mahabharata. None could compete with it.

Amogh is also a name for lord vishnu. It is listed in Vishnu Sahastranam.
