The Ann Arbor Railroad , historically, was an American railroad that operated between Toledo, Ohio, and Frankfort, Michigan, with carferry operations across Lake Michigan. As of 2006, it is an American railroad that operates between Toledo and Ann Arbor, Michigan, while the Tuscola and Saginaw Bay Railway operates the remainder from Ann Arbor to Thompsonville, Michigan (the section from Thompsonville to Frankfort has been abandoned).
