Arvind Swamy

Arvind Swamy

Arvind Swami is a popular former Tamil actor. He was chairman and managing director of ProLease India and InterPro India. He has left both these companies in 2005 and now started his own organisation. He is currently the Chariman and MD of Talent Maximus. He studied in Loyola College, Chennai.

Recently his wife has applied for divorce and they have two daughters.

Film Career

His debut in movies was Mani Ratnam's Thalapathi. His first film as lead hero was Mani Ratnam's film Roja. The movie was a hit through out the country and Arvind Swamy's impressive performance established his position as an actor. He is very selective about his roles. Though he has acted in lesser number of movies most of them are hits and rated high by film critics. He has acted in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi. His hits include Roja, Bombay, Minsaara Kanavu, Indira, Devaraagam, En Swasa Kattre etc.
