David Parlett
David Parlett is a
card games specialist. His "Oxford Guide to Card Games" is a study of the history of card games. David also invented a number of
board games, the most successful of which is
Hare and Tortoise (
1974). The German edition was awarded
Spiel des Jahres (game of the year) in
1978.
His activities include writing, inventing and consulting.
