ESPN Radio SportsCenter are sports updates three times an hour during key time slots by separate anchors. They occur every twenty minutes starting at the top of the hour. ESPN Radio's marquee segment lasts three to four minutes and includes scores, stats, news and sound bites. During the updates, the SportsCenter theme music plays throughout. ESPN Radio SportsCenter is heard during marquee programs such as Mike and Mike in the Morning, The Herd with Colin Cowherd, The Dan Patrick Show, The SportsBash, GameNight, AllNight with Jason Smith and also weekend programming. It is also heard every twenty minutes during MLB and NBA broadcasts on ESPN Radio.

The morning Radio SportsCenter anchors are Bob Picozzi and Christine Lisi who are also seen as a simulcast of Mike and Mike in the Morning on ESPN2. Dan Davis, who is an ESPN Radio original broadcaster, controls the midday updates, while John Stashower and Marc Kestacher usually are there in the evening. The late night crew usually switches between Neil Jackson and Jay Reynolds. Most of the ESPN Radio SportsCenter anchors also have other assignments from ESPN; for instance, Bob Picozzi also does play-by-play for Big East basketball and John Stashowe] is also heard on ESPN Radio's College Gameday.
