Farruca

A form of Flamenco music, probably originating in the Galicia region of north-western Spain. A light, fun, form typical of cante chico traditionally danced only by men, is seldom sung.

The Farruca is commonly played in the key of A minor, with each falseta being 2 measures of 4/4 time with emphasis on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th beats: [1] 2 [3] 4 [5] 6 [7] 8Listen to Farruca clip(35 seconds,147kb)
