Follen Church Society-Unitarian Universalist

The Follen Church Society is a Unitarian Universalist congregation in Lexington, Massachusetts. Named for Charles Follen, who also designed its unique octagonal sanctuary. The Follen building is the oldest standing church building in Lexington. It is notable for being the last place ministered by Ralph Waldo Emerson from 1836 to 1838.Its current minister is Rev. Lucinda Duncan and interim Director of Religious Education Rebecca Kelly-Morgan.

Partner church

"Follen was partnered with the Unitarian congregation in the village of Alsofelsoszentmihaly (which means "lower-upper-Saint-Michael" in Hungarian) in the early 90's. Polly Guild, Follen's minister at the time, visited their church and established ties with their minister, Imre Balint."(taken from Follen Church website)
