Great Ponton

Great Ponton is a village in South Kesteven in south Lincolnshire. It is situated on the A1. There is a Texaco garage at the Ponton Main service station on the north-bound carriageway, a short distance after a speed camera. The only shop is at the service station. The Blue Horse village pub is on the south-bound carriageway.

Slightly further north is Little Ponton. To the east is the River Witham and the East Coast Main Line.
