Illyro-Roman

A term used to describe the Romanized Illyrian population within the Roman Province of Illyria. The remanants of the Illyro-Romans were absorbed into successive waves of settlers to the Balkans. The Croatian Sabor (Parliament) used Latin as a common language until the mid nineteenth century.
