Ishq Vishk is a
2003 Bollywood film starring
Shahid Kapoor,
Amrita Rao and
Shenaz Treasurywala. The plot revolves around a
love triangle among the characters Rajiv Mathur (Shahid Kapoor), Payal (Amrita Rao) and Alisha Sahay (Shenaz Treasurywala).
Rajiv and Payal are the most popular couple at their college. However Rajiv is just pretending to be in love with Payal. They separate after a confrontation and Rajiv tells his friends that he will be the one who ends up with the best looking girl in the college. Payal is heartbroken since she has loved Rajiv since they were kids.
Soon enough Alisha starts attending the college and Rajiv is smitten by her. They get together and everything seems ok. However as time goes on, Rajiv begins to realise that Alisha's ideals and thoughts are very different to his. Alisha is also unhappy with Payal because she thinks she is flirting with Rajiv. Finally Rajiv chooses Payal and they get back together.
