Jan Stenbeck (November 14, 1942 in Stockholm, SwedenAugust 19, 2002 in Paris, France) was a Swedish media owner. He was a brother of the former Swedish foreign minister, Margaretha af Ugglas.

Stenbeck graduated with a law degree from Uppsala University and later graduated with an MBA from Harvard Business School. After Harvard, he went to work at for J.P. Morgan & Co. at Wall Street.

After his father, Hugo Stenbeck, had died, Jan Stenbeck returned to Sweden and gained control over Investment AB Kinnevik after a bitter feud with his sister.
