actress and novellist.
Gascoine is possibly best known for her role as Maggie Forbes on the British TV series
The Gentle Touch and
C.A.T.S. Eyes. She had previously appeared in
The Onedin Line and on
General Hospital (UK).
She was born in
Lambeth,
London,
England. Gascoine has been married for many years to the considerably younger British actor,
Alfred Molina; they have 2 sons.
Gascoine has written several successful
novels, including
Addicted.
