Trivia

* "Oja"/"Ohja"/"Ouja" means "King Snake" in Hindu.
* By default, Kamen Rider Ohja is a melee-based Rider. The fighting style of his alter ego, Takeshi Asakura, helped him in his victories more often than any of his Advent cards, although more than anything else, he used his Sword Vent card to summon a spiral sword. His Final Vent "Veno Crash" involves Venosnaker launching him at top speed, afterwhich he does a rapid bicycle kick attack. Once Ohja defeated Kamen Riders Gai and Raia, he had access to both their contract monsters and their Advent cards (for unknown reasons, he didn't acquire the copy vent card), turning the already homicidal Ohja into an even more dangerous force to be reckoned with.
* Was responsible for ending the career of Yuichi Saito, Kamen Rider Raia's friend. Yuichi became a rider in hoping of regaing his ability to play the piano. But was consumed by his own monster. His friend, Miyuki Tezuka assumed his friend's mantle as Raia.
* He is insane, mentally traumatized as a child and believes he set fire to his home (whether he actually did or not is open to question).
* He had his contract monster Venosnaker devour his younger brother after discovering he had survived the fire as a child.
* Had Venosnaker kidnapped Goro Yura so Ohja can pressure Zolda into bringing Knight, Ryuki and Raia to a specific meeting place. However, Goro escapes by picking the lock of the handcuffs.
* Loves to fight, maim and otherwise destroy, has random fits of rage.
* He grew up on the streets before becoming a murderer.
* His prize is freedom from the law to do whatever he pleases.
* He came under fire from his three monsters when they were hungry for life energies. They came close to devouring Asakura if not for his strong determination. With the (unwilling) help of Kamen Riders Knight, Ryuki and Zolda, Asakura's monsters finally got their desired energies
* Killed Kamen Riders Gai, Raia, Zolda (Goro) and fatally wounded Kamen Rider Imperer.
* He was killed by the police after killing Kamen Rider Zolda. The reason for this was because, at the final episode of the TV series, he was detemined to end his feud with Zolda. Using the Final Vent of Genocider, he defeated Zolda, only to find out that it was Goro, not Kitaoka who was Zolda. This caused Asakura to question himself on why this was not the result he was hoping for. As he returned to the real world, he realized that (through unknown means) that Kitaoka was no longer alive. With these revelation, he snapped. And realizing that the police were there, he decided to end his life by letting the police shoot him down.
* In the Episode Final, Ouja was killed by Kamen Rider Femme. Femme slashes right to Ouja's deck, destroying it. Shortly, Ouja's armor disappears and Asakura dissolves in the Mirror World.
