Kevin Dean was a Canadian porn star who appeared in gay pornographic movies in the 1990s. Dean was known for his slim physique and youthful appearance, which contrasted his exceptionally large uncircumcised penis, which was said to be 11 inches long. He ranks alongside John Holmes, Chad Hunt, Lexington Steele, and Ken Ryker as one of the most well-endowed male porn stars in the history of the industry. He spoke with a French-Canadian accent.
