Koch EntertainmentKoch Entertainment is an American entertainment company, based out of New York City and Nashville, Tennessee. Its primary subsidiary, Koch Records, is the largest independent record label in the United States. A number of its artists were formerly signed to major labels, including Black Ice, DJ Unk, Remy Ma, Mike Beck, Xzibit, DJ Kay Slay, J-Hood, Tha Dogg Pound, Cormega, Purple City, Snoop Dogg, Tha Alkaholiks, Scarface, Talib Kweli, Sheek Louch, Lil' Troy, Too Short, Keith Murray, Blue Davinci, Domination, AZ, Kurupt, Ringo Starr, Boyz II Men, The B.G., Opeth, and KRS-One. Koch Records has also signed a number of former American Idol contestants, including William Hung, Jim Verraros, and the band of Constantine Maroulis, Pray For The Soul Of Betty. Koch Records' country division, once known as Audium, is now simply known as Koch Nashville. The other subsidiaries of the company are Koch Publishing, Koch Video, and Koch Distribution.
