Leilani Dowding

Leilani Dowding (born 30 January, 1980 in Bournemouth) is an English model and celebrity. Dowding was a student when she won the Miss Great Britain competition in 1998 and subsequently entered the Miss Universe finals in which she used to launch her modelling career. She is half Caucaisan and half Filipino.

She made her The Sun's page 3 debut the following year and since appeared on the paper on a regular basis. She has also been a guest on various TV shows, modelling on the Big Breakfast and This Morning, acting on Dream Team and Mile High and appearing on The Weakest Link, Drop the Celebrity, Losing It, Faking It and Celebrity Wrestling. She has also enjoyed a season in pantomime as Tiger Lilly in Peter Pan. She has even had a documentary made about her for Granada.

Dowding also enjoys visiting the troops and has been to Bosnia, Kosovo and Cyprus on morale boosting trips.

FHM ranking

In the FHM 100 Sexiest Women in the World 2003 list, Leilani finished in 89th place overall. This position is decided via a poll of all readers of the UK version of the magazine.

*Leilani's parents first found out about their daughter's modeling when they opened a paper and saw a topless photo of her.
