Majority World

Majority World is an alternative term used to describe the Third World. It refers to the fact that 83 percent of the world population lives in developing countries, and that 76 percent of the world's nations are developing.

Majority World also refers to the unequal distribution of global wealth (80 plus percent of the population, but only 14 percent of global wealth).
