Mid-Hudson Region

The Mid-Hudson Region is located within the Hudson Valley of New York.

It includes the counties of Dutchess, Orange, and Ulster. It is known as one of the fastest growing regions in the United States with a huge population migration from Westchester County and New York City to the region.
