Neotrantor

Neotrantor, 'New Trantor', is a planet in Foundation and Empire by Isaac Asimov. After Gilmer sacked Trantor, the seat of the twenty worlds left in the Galactic Empire was moved to an agricultural planet called Delicass, 2 parsecs (6.5 light years) away. In keeping with Asimov basing the Galactic Empire on the Roman Empire, Neotrantor is equivalent to both Ravenna and Byzantium.
