Begum Nusrat Bhutto (Urdu: بیگم نصرت بھٹو ) former first lady of Pakistan, widow of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and mother of Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Chairperson Benazir Bhutto who is also a former Prime Minister of Pakistan.

Nusrat Ispahani is an Iranian Kurd by heritage and daughter of a wealthy Iranian businessman who settled in Karachi at the time of the Subcontinent's partition. Nusrat met Zulfikar Ali Bhutto in Karachi where they got married. This was to be Zulfikar Ali Bhutto's 2nd marriage.

As first lady, Begum Nusrat Bhutto functioned as a political hostess and accompanied her husband on a number of overseas visits. After her husband was controversially "tried" and executed, she left the country for London along with her daughters Benazir and Sanam. She was leading the People's Party of Pakistan from London itself. She was made chairman of the party for life but, later on, her daughter Benazir Bhutto replaced her post.

She was continuously elected to the National Assembly from the family constituency of Larkana, Sindh. In the past she held positions of a cabinet minister and Deputy Prime Minister in her daughter's governments. She currently resides with her daughter in Dubai and suffers from the combined effects of a stroke and Alzheimer's Disease.
