census of 2000, there were 11,145 people, 2,446 households, and 2,179 families residing in the city. The
population density was 2,656.2/km² (6,862.9/mi²). There were 2,644 housing units at an average density of 630.2/km² (1,628.1/mi²). The racial makeup of the city was 33.63%
