Founded in 1983, the original PassGo Company was acquired by AXENT and subsequently AXENT was acquired by Symantec. In August 2001, PassGo Technologies re-established itself as an independent company, focusing on developing and marketing Web access control solutions. PassGo continues to sell UNIX Privilege Manager (UPM), UNIX Resource Manager (URM), Defender, InSync, ReSync, SSO, URM, Webthority, and a suite of S/390 products (NC-Access, NC-Pass, NC-Syncom, GoPlex, MultSess, NCI). More than 2 million users at over 1000 companies use one or more of PassGo's access and control applications. Leading global organizations are long-standing satisfied customers of PassGo. As their technology needs have evolved over the years, PassGo's product advances have kept pace. Today, PassGo continues to provide the solutions that are allowing industry leaders to gain measurable business benefits.
