Princess Huanzhu

Huanzhu Princess (Huanzhu gege) is a mysterious character set in the Qing (Manchu) dynasty (1644-1911), under the reign of the Qianlong Emperor (1736-1796). She was rumored to be an illegimate child of Qianlong and some unknown woman during one of Qian Long's trips, and was not found in the Aisin Gioro family records. However, there was an unknown grave found with the Manchu Royal family that was suspected to be of that illegitimate princess, and the famous author Qiong Yao, made it into one of the most popular Chinese TV series created, "Huan Zhu Ge Ge", also known as Princess Pearl in English.

Huanzhu princess herself, if she existed, did not live very long, probably due to the pressures of being an illegitimate child in the royal family, as well as the odd fact that most princesses lived much shorter than princes. Very little else is known about her.
