Prop



Prop is an abbreviation for:
* Propeller, a bladed propulsion device.
* Theatrical properties, carriable items used in performances.
* Propaganda
* Proposition, a type of referendum
* Props, a slang term meaning to give "proper respect" or "proper recognition" another person; for example, "I've got to give props to Dave for handling that situation so well."

Prop can also refer to:
* One of several rugby positions.
* A support for something, for example a clothes prop used to hold the middle of a clothes line up.
