River Bourne, Wiltshire

The River Bourne is a river in the English county of Wiltshire, and a tributary of the River Avon. The Bourne's source is near the village of Burbage and it flows through the villages of Collingbourne Kingston, Collingbourne Ducis, Tidworth, Porton, Winterbourne Gunner, Winterbourne Dauntsey, Winterbourne Earls and Laverstock before joining the Avon near Salisbury. Due to its nature it may also be referred to as a chalk stream.
