Sofia Milos (born September 27, 1965) is an actress.

Milos was born in Zurich, Switzerland to a Greek mother and an Italian father. In her teens she entered a local beauty pageant, and after winning first prize went on to win the provincial, regional and national contests as well. Milos studied acting diligently at the Beverly Hills Play House under acting coach Milton Katselas.

Her last name is pronounced 'Mee-loz'. According to herself she speaks English, Italian, French and German fluently, and can also carry a basic conversation in Greek and Spanish.
