Stretton, Cheshire

Stretton is a village and civil parish in the borough of Warrington, Cheshire, England. The parish includes the village of Lower Stretton, which according to the 2001 census had a population of 1,009. It is at the very south tip of Warrington, about seven miles south of the town centre. It has a large hotel and is the site of Warrington's BUPA hospital. The village is just by junction 10 of the M56 motorway.
