That Darn Cat!
That Darn Cat! is a
1965 Walt Disney feature film, directed by
Robert Stevenson, and starring the young
Hayley Mills. The title song was written by The
Sherman Brothers, and sung by
Bobby Darin.
It was based on a book called
Undercover Cat, by
Gordon and
Mildred Gordon. A
comedy, it also starred
Roddy McDowall,
Frank Gorshin and
Dean Jones.
A mischievous cat, whose collar is evidence of a woman's kidnapping, is used by the FBI to track down a pair of bank robbers/kidnappers. Ironically, the agent they send is allergic to cats.
