On this map of Antarctica, the region of Victoria Land is located below the Ross Ice Shelf.

Victoria Land is a region of Antarctica lying south of New Zealand, named after the UK's Queen Victoria. It is bounded on the east by the Ross Sea and on the west by Wilkes Land. It includes ranges of the Transantarctic Mountains and the McMurdo Dry Valleys. Early explorers of the region include James Clark Ross and Douglas Mawson.
