VoIP phone

A VoIP phone is a telephone device that looks like a traditional telephone. However, instead of connecting to the POTS "plain old telephone system" network, it instead has an Ethernet port that is used to connect to a TCP/IP computer network.

VoIP phones must be used with a VoIP provider or a PBX system such as the Asterisk PBX.
