Willard Building

Willard Building is a classroom building located on the campus of Penn State University in University Park, Pennsylvania named for Professor Joseph Moody Willard. It was built in 1949.[1] It is located in the center of campus, across from Schwab Auditorium. Willard Building was built on the site of the former Armory Building on Penn State's campus. The majority of students at Penn State usually have at least one class in the building during the course of their studies.

The building is notable for being the place where the Willard Preacher, Garrison Cattell, offers his daily lectures to students. The steps where he preaches are on the east side of the building.

The Penn State Computer Store is located 12 Willard building.

The north side of the building (shown in picture) was recently renovated as a senior class gift.
