Experience As an attorney for the Center for Individual Rights, I worked on a number of free speech cases, including Rosenberger v. Univ. of Virginia, in which the Supreme Court upheld my clients' right to run a student newspaper without discrimination because of its religious conent. I also worked on White v. Julian, which protected the right of people to protest against a homeless shelter in their neighborhood.
I also worked for the Federal Election Commission on several cases regarding the right to participate in the election process.

Question wile working one day a new manager was hired and was told i was stealing and to watch every thing i do.i had walked in onthe conversation i could not belice it.so i was looked at diffrentlly by new managemnet be fore they could base their own opinion of me ,i think that is wrong if i was stealing why would they not fire me.i think that would be defermation of caroctor.

Assuming this is a private employer, no First Amendment issue is there, but if you believe your boss is lieing about you, you would have a right to bring a lawsuit for defamation. You should consult an attorney in your area of you wished to pursue this.
