Question
Hello:

Can you return a reply to me regarding the following Internet sites indicating whether or not they are legal sites?

1. http://teeny-list.com
2. http://cteens.net

They have young girls modeling but not in the nude.

If you do not know the answer to my question, perhaps you can inform me as to whom I may possibly contact.

I thank you for your reply.

Answer
Hi Kenneth,

I cannot give a determinative answer about whether all pictures on these sites are legal or not.  First, I cannot provide legal advice in this forum.  Second, I have no desire to look at all the pictures contained on these sites.

I will say that generally speaking child pornography laws can apply to children who are clothes but who are posed in lewd or sexually explicit ways.  Exactly what constitutes lewd or sexually explicit can vary depending on what the court considers to be contemporary standards.

If you are concerned that these sites may violate child pornography laws, you might want to contact your Attorney General's office to see if they care to investigate.  You may also want to contact the ACLU.

Julian, which protected the right of people to protest against a homeless shelter in their neighborhood.

I also worked for the Federal Election Commission on several cases regarding the right to participate in the election process.
