Question
How old do you have to be to have the rigt of freedom of speech
Hello,
There is no age restriction on any Constitutional right, other than the right to vote an the right to run for office.
That said, courts often given governments more leeway in regulating the behavior of minors than that of adults.

Experience
As an attorney for the Center for Individual Rights, I worked on a number of free speech cases, including Rosenberger v.
