Question
If i was dating or messing around with a girl that is 15, and i am 18, but she turns 16 a month before i turn 19, is that illegal in any way?

Generally in most states the age gap to be charged with statutory rape is four years between the minor and adult.  Do yourself a favor and get parental permission to date her.  Simply messing around might get you in trouble.
