I have a 21 year old boyfriend and im only 16 years old. Is this legal in the state of indiana?

Hi Victoria,

This really is not a free speech question, and I am not a particular expert in sex laws, but my understanding of Indiana law is that the age of consent is 16.  That means that once a person is 16, sex with anyone, no matter how much older would not involve a criminal statutory rape charge.  You can read more on the laws here:
