Question
hello, when do you consider free speech as influencing process of trial?

Answer
Hi Yahav,

Any speech can influence the process of a trial.  The question is when it inappropriately influences the trial.  Certainly disprupting the proceedings would qualify.  Outside the court, efforts to taint the jury by giving them information that could prejudice them, would be an example.

I hope this helps!
