I am using MS Office 2010 on a Win 8, maybe 8.1, operating system.
In previous versions of Office I used to use the Notepad feature for making short notes of phone conversations, etc., where I could easily record date and time on the note.
I don't seem to be able to easily find the Notepad feature in Office 2010.
Could you help me please?
To locate applications in Windows 8/8.1, move your mouse over the start button and then into the bottom left corner. This brings up the new short menu. It has from top down, Settings, Devices, Share, Search; Click Search, which moves a new search, bar. Type Notepad and the system will bring up the programme for you.
