Thanks for bringing this to my attention - you absolutely must do something about this if you beleive this to be the case so I will give you a few points of contacts:
Firstly, the Simon Weisenthall Centre based in Los Angeles - they have had great success in pursuing Nazis over the years and are themselves named after Simon Weisenthall who is a hero of mine and probably the best Nazi hunter of all time.

Next, you can simply call the police, you will need to ask for CID or similar as they do have an onus under European Law to follow this up and prosecute if evidence permits.
