Topic: 20th Century History

Subject: Hitler's "brilliance"

Question
Were Hitler's speeches "brilliant," as some have claimed, that is to say, were they on the order of Churchill's or Lincoln's or JFK's speeches?

Answer
Reg,

Hitler's speeches were brilliant. However, they were considered brilliant by the German people because he was telling them what they wanted to hear. In my opinion his speeches were in no way equal with JFK's or Churchills. As for Lincoln I could give you my opinion on his but it is quite irrelevant.

I hope this helps.

Jesse
