Answer
Hello Mindy,
Your question is outside my area of expertise.  However, I might be able to provide insight to helping you find the answer to this question.

After examining the photographs, the clothing, hats, hairstyles and jewelry seem to indicate Pre-World War I era Eastern European modes.  I'd venture a guess to say Russian, Polish or perhaps Ukrainian.

My expertise is World War II, Germany and the Holocaust.  Sorry I can't be of more help but hopefully this information will assist you.

  Sincerely,
Paul K. Harker
