Question Hi John! can you please tell me How were women and minorities represented in the 20's.

I believe that both women and minorities had reached a plateau in their representation, at least in the United States.
See, in the state I live, women were given the vote in 1898, but that was because there were not enough men to reach the population level required for statehood.
Then by the 1940s and our involvement with WWII, women were VERY involved with working on the homefront to allow the men to fight the war, but on the other hand, African-Americans often were the victims of discrimination within the armed forces, a situation which led to quite a few deaths at the Port Chicago munitions facility during the war.
However, one step forward that was taken during the period of the early 20th Century was that the 19th Amendment to the US Constitution was ratified on August 26, 1920, giving women the right to vote.
