AboutTom Expertise While it is a huge topic, I am well-versed in World War II generally. There is a huge wealth of information available on the internet, HOWEVER, one has to know the trash from the gems. Many sites which are not obviously credible (govt, university, and museum sites, for ex.), provide erroneous information (intentionally or otherwise).

Answer You are welcome. I actually do thank you for helping me when thinking about where I can improve my knowledge.
But as an aside, I actually enjoy the WW2 discussion forum at historychannel.com, where a WW2 specific forum is always full of postings. There are several great posters there who could give you really good answers.
You have to register, but it's free. I'm scout1026 there.
