Question I am studying a Jewish Identities module in my English degree and the essay question I have been given asks me to compare and contrast representations of "the jewish body" but the problem is I don't understand the concept of the jewish body. All the sources I have looked into gives me information on the jewish foot etc but I can't make head or tail of it. I understand that you are a historian and that your experise is in the 1918-1945 period but I thought you might know something about this as the Hollocaust, anti semetism etc took place in this period?

are you talking about the body's characteristics of the Jews i.e.
anatomical or are you referring to something more religious or
philosophical ? in the first case you can look at this chapters
