Question Hopefully, an easy question...it's been a long time, but can you tell me where the show was set? Was it LA? Or did it vary from week to week? Thanks!

All we know is that it was a large US city. They were very careful not to specify exactly which city the show was set in. It would have to be a very large city to keep the offcers from being recognized, and geographically it would be in the northern part of the country because of the foliage & weather we saw (the show was actually filmed in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada). They discussed other cities such as Philadelphia, Boston, New York, LA, New Orleans, Atlanta, San Francisco, Chicago, etc, in such a way that it was clear the program was not in those cities.
The show's premise was taken from a real-life undercover high school unit in Los Angeles in the early 80's.
