I am trying to find out the name and possible script of a specific 21 jump street episode. I remember that the episode involved a girl, possibly a run away or an abused girl. I remember that the end of the episode was with Johhny Depp's character sitting on a swing set with this girl in a backyard and they were looking up at the stars and commenting on them. Any idea which episode this is?

You may be talking about Blindsided, but I suspect you are talking about Blinded By The Thousand Points of Light, which has a scene with Judy (not Tom) sitting on swings with the character played by Bridget Fonda, who had been a runaway throughout the episode. At the endof the episode, the character is sitting on the swings with her mom.
