What was the name of the little boy on the show, and the actor who played him, who was somehow related to Penhall (adopted son maybe)?  

Answer
Tony Dakota played Clavo. In season 4, Penhall fell in love with Marta, who was from El Salvador. She was deported, and when Penhall went to find her, she had been killed. Her sister had a son who needed to be taken out of the country for his own safety, and Penhall adopted him as a single father, since he was legally the boy's uncle.
