Question
i would like to know what the oc stands for in series 2 of 24. i ve tried asking the question already but got an odd reply saying you don t answwer homework questions. maybe the answer is obvious if you live in the usa but in the uk we really don t know what it stands for so some help in answering the question would be much appreciated

I went back and watched last night's episode and did not hear the President refer to this O.C. I cannot recall her mentioning this in previous episodes. I am sorry, but I am unable to answer your question at this time however if I should find the answer I will be sure to let you know if you want to check back again in another week or so.
