I have recently purchased a .40 caliber blowdart gun to use in the state of new jersey. Are there any rulefs about blowdart hunting in NJ?

Answer Sorry Sam, I only have facts about firearms and Restoration of Rights. My opinion is it may be considered a weapon because an object is projected from it Just like a Bow is considered a weapon. Now if you are a felon or have a Domestic Violence conviction you may be arrested for that in NJ.
