ANSWER: Actually, I believe that you mean "Gun permit with a Felony."

By your own admission, you have a conviction for a Violent Felony. Congratulations for obtaining a Certificate of Relief from Civil Disabilities so that, presumably, you can now vote, but if the Judge denied you the ability to possess a firearm, then that's the end of the story at this point.

I salute you in your quest to get a better job, but I think you'll have a better change at achieving that goal with an education than with a gun.

G'luck to you.

QUESTION: #1 i didn't ask you for your opinion #2 what are you telling me that its no why to obtain one or that you don't really know, because i really don't where you telling me that i cant or can. and like i said i really didn't ask for your opinion, and how would you know if i have an education or not.

Answer
"how would you know if i have an education or not."

You came here looking for an opinion that was different from what the Judge told you. That's silly and uneducated… a basic civics class would have told you that what the Judge says, goes… unless you have the money to appeal the Judge's determination to a higher level.

As for how I would know about your level of education, you are barely literate as your question and sur-response make painfully clear.
